Stonewall
Sails Regatta
Friday June 27th KSA is organising
the Sixth annual Stonewall Sails Regatta, an official Heritage of Pride
event which takes place under the Statue of Liberty in the Hudson River
off Manhattan. This event is open to all, subject to suitable sailing
skills. If you or your club want to get involved, contact us.
We will have KSA members boats offering spectator places on the water
to watch the racing, and there will be a prizegiving party afterwards
which will continue into the night. Join us.

KSA Rainbow
Rally
Saturday 28th The Rainbow Rally
is an opportunity for GLBT sailors and their friends to show their
pride and have some fun racing around New York harbor during the
city’s Pride weekend. While traditional racing rules apply to the
rally, staggered starts, boat handicaps, and bonus points for displaying
your pride keep it fun for racers and non-racers alike. For

Heritage
of Pride Parade
Sunday 29th we have an official place
in the 2007 Pride Parade - come march with us (you won't believe who the
Grand Marshall is!!).

KSA Parade of Sails
Sunday 29th evening the KSA Parade
of Sails takes place on the Hudson River with member boats flying specially
designed Rainbow Flags off of Chelsea Piers.

KSA Pride Armada
June 30th - July 5th Join us for a
five-day coastal cruise off the South Shore of Long Island. From Liberty’s
torch to Montauk Light, we’ll connect the dots from one major ocean inlet
to the next, enjoying beautiful un-crowded ocean sails in the day and
peaceful anchorages at night, and maybe sometimes vice-versa! Celebrate
the 4th of July at the East End.

Armada continues...
July 6 - 13th some boats will continue
the Armada as the KSA Summer Cruise to Province Town and other destinations
before returning to home ports.

We need help for the parade march and we need
help for the cruises and rally. Those boats dont sail themselves!!
Help with lodging We
understand that hotels in New York can be expensive, so if you would like
to stay in the home or boat of a KSA member whilst taking part in one
of our events, please fill out the Housing Request Form on the Stonewall
Registration page and we will attempt to accommodate you. Housing
is limited, so make your request early.
