Stonewall Sails 2005 is approaching rapidly, and final preparations are underway in anticipation of another great event. As organizers of the only gay and lesbian regatta in this country, KSA wants to make this year's event even better than last year's regatta. We're very excited to host visitors and begin racing. This year's regatta will be held on Friday, June 24th. It marks the beginning of New York City's Pride Weekend. Returning sailors will notice that the regatta will again be held in conjunction with True North School, in Jersey City, NJ. The race course will be in the Upper Bay of New York Harbor, in view of the Statue of Liberty and Lower Manhattan. Full details of the race and how it will be organized are available in the Stonewall Sails 2005 Notice of Race. Registration is currently underway. We encourage everyone to register as soon as possible, as we have a limited number of boats. We are accepting entries from around the globe so there should be a good mix of participants.
All forms and funds must be received no later than June 9th, 2005. All questions should be directed to: stonewall@gaysailing.org
